My daughter started with the Penguin caps since Digni isn't available here in Ga. Now we are using the elastogel helmet, not the cranial caps, using the same procedures for caps changes and hair care. I wish everyone knew they had an option. With the helmets, they stay very cold and re-cool quickly and are very easy to change.
